How to Use:
1. Identify Intensity Level of activity (Light, Moderate, High), Duration of activity (in minutes), and current Body Weight (lbs)
2. Move Slide until minutes align with Intensity Level.
3. Then refer to Body Weight and look in the window to see Booster Points gained.
4. Add these Booster Points to your Total Weekly Points Allowed in the WW TurnAround POINTS program.
