Still the best plan in the world to me.  I always have had success with weight watchers and because I did stay on it so long, it has helped me with maintaining a healthier lifestyle.  I'm not perfect but I am far better than I was!  Thank God for Weight Watchers.  Since covid, they are like many other things and have gotten away from the meetings and I found so much strength in the meetings.  Probably because I had a great leader!  It can be done on your own and it can be done 100% on your phone but, I like the tactile presence of the paper and books.  I'm old school or just an old fool, I don't know but I like things the old way.  Maybe you like the old way too!  I'm not saying you're a fool!  No way!  You're great!
One dining out book, one of the pocket guides and 11 paper trackers!  Spines are great on the books and the trackers are clean!
