If you are not familiar with WeightWatchers, the program guide did not include how to determine your daily points allowance once they switched to the PointsPlus Plan, so you will need to find that somewhere other than these materials.
I belonged to Weight Watchers for years, but always followed the Classic Plan, so I didn't use the materials given to me.  I hate to throw them away because it appears they are somewhat still in demand.  Thanks for bidding!
