Vintage Dictaphone Wax Cylinder Shaving Machine by Columbia Graphophone. Condition is "Used".
Sold as is   I do not know anything about this item except that when you plug it in and turn it on the motor runs. and that the belt is broken but under the base. it is dirty and needs a good cleaning  it looks to be in ok condition but look at the pictures and if you need more pictures please ask.  they will probably be a better source of info than i am on this machine.
