    Here's How The Food Mover Works:  Open the Mover and slide the card into the top of the food mover by using the thumbhole for guidance.  Close all the windows that do not have an icon under it.. As you eat a portion of food from each category you will close that window.  Remember there are also windows for exercise, water, motivation and vitamins.  You need to close these windows daily.  Refer to the food mover exchange and meal plan booklet for further information on what foods you can eat from each category and refer to the instructional booklet for examples of Blast Off Meal Plans.
