Condition is “used.” These blades look like they were never used. However, upon examining several papers that had popped open, we found all blades have varying degrees of rust. We don’t know whether the blades can or should be used for shaving - probably not. These are more for a collector to add to their collection.
Some of the paper covers also have faint stains from the rust.
