I use à Quark with Stages head unit and HR and I’m able to get in decent workouts with these, with actual sprint efforts and NP/Watt based zone training. Yeah, for you lucky SOB’s on the West Coast you’ll be scratching your heads wondering what I’m on about, but for those of you here or back east, well, you get it.
