GRAFCO Psycho-Lock Prison Safety Razor
This German-made Grafco psycho-lock safety razor was imported by the Graham-Field Company of New York. It is a Gillette-type razor with bar guard and a special type handle. The cap is unscrewed by means of a long slotted-end key that fits inside the tubular razor handle. It comes in its original cardboard box and is in excellent, near-mint condition. I would guess it was sold to institutions in the 1930s. It is similar to the Gillette institutional razor.
