    Description

    Set of 4 plates by Food Lovers, Portion Control Plates.  The idea of it is ... follow the pattern on the plates and loss some weight.  Seems easy enough but portion control is not for the faint... you have to do the hard work.  Good Concept.  Doesn't seem to harsh.    Blue is for protein.  Yellow is for fast carbs and Green is for slow carbs.  Three of the plates have not been used, 1 was and has a small scratch, it might be a defect on the plate itself as I didn't feel a ridge or bump.  Defective paint?  small .  The box is the original but has been damaged by water but instructions inside are still vibrant and clear.  Fat Loss System 2011.  Provida Life Sciences.
