1. The compressor may contain PAG oil for lubrication during shipping; please drain and replace.
2. It is necessary to add an appropriate amount of oil and refrigerant (70-80%) to the ac compressor before use.
3. Please make sure the power has been cut off before repair or service the machine. In the meantime, the engineer should push a warning sign to avoid hurting someone else.
4. Shutdown maintenance must wait for the whole A/C compressor cooling down, and the compressed air is safely released. The maintainer needs to avoid any vent closing their relevant isolating valve as much as possible.
5. Adopted no-corrosive safety solvent to clean out the component is essential. Flammable, explosive, and volatile detergent is banned.
6. Please examine the protective system regularly to ensure sensitivity and reliability; once a year is appropriate.

1. Compressor locked/seized internally:
The oil in the compressor is black and/or has aluminum particles in it. The belt snapped or when the a/c is turned on, the engine feels like it’s going to turn off.
2. Compressor is making noise:
The compressor makes noise when the a/c is on or off, the clutch has a red/brown discoloration caused by overheating.
3. Compressor does not engage:
The epoxy in the coil has bubbles, cracks and looks “dried out”
4. Compressor is leaking:
Compressors can leak due to various reasons. This can happen if the compressor overheats, obstruction in the system and overcharging the system. UV dye is found on the shaft or body of the compressor.
