Description
You are looking at a CNC machined billet 4 ring accumulator piston (sometimes also referred to as a dual ring accumulator) with a built in blocker rod for a Dodge Plymouth Chrysler Jeep or AMC Torqueflite transmission. These will fit just about any torqueflite transmission including the 727, 904, 998, 999, 500, 518, 618, 42RH, 42RE, 46RH, 46RE, 47RH, 47RE, and 48RE. Almost every rear wheel drive transmission from 1962 on up to the 2007 48RE Cummins Turbo Diesel overdrive transmission. This accumulator has a built in blocker rod that stops it from moving in the bore of the case which will make the shifts more aggressive. Use this in high performance transmissions where you are looking for the firmest shift possible. Machined from 6061 billet aluminum, and 100% Made in the USA. These accumulators include 4 new sealing rings, which is double the sealing capacity of the stock accumulator. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
