Description
Stack of 15, for .99. I Usually sell these for - EACH when I use them in customer repairs! I own the remaining stock of these, and for now can sell them at this friendly price. Diaphragm is aluminum alloy, NEW OLD STOCK. 2-15/16” diameter, and the rise to the center hole is 1/4”. 1/8” of the metal can be trimmed with scissors from around circumference to eliminate holes, but this will decrease overall diameter to 2-3/8”. I believe these to be old stock from the PRIME Co., who made reproducers for several companies in the 1920’s.These are super handy when rebuilding oddball or no-name reproducers. Lately, I’ve been trimming them back and using them in Columbia Viva-Tonal reproducers when I can’t find an original replacement. The center cone height is adjustable, but you have to be very careful. Sometimes you can gently roll it lower with a finger, carefully, over a small pillow or piece of clay dusted with talc so it doesn’t stick. This is why I provide 15. Sometimes it takes 4 or 5 tried to get a diaphragm shaped correctly.
